Creating a Culture of Innovation

Jay and Prateek will share insights on how Google creates an innovative culture. They will walk through the levels of an organization, looking at individuals, teams, and managers. They will also look at how tools and spaces help influence and stimulate innovation. They say that Google certainly doesn’t have all the answers, but by sharing, they hope other teams and organizations will be inspired to do the same.
