Intrapreneurship: Can Large Corporates Innovate Like A Startup?

These are turbulent times. Not just companies but, entire industries are being disrupted by newcomers. In times like these you can’t go back to your R&D department or the so called “innovation lab” to show you the way. What you need is to be entrepreneurial. In his talk, Kapil will impress upon you why the need to innovate from within in more critical now than ever, how he’s doing this at Intel, the results achieved and what it takes to be a good innovator. He will draw upon his experiences both as an innovator as well as an enabler of innovations and help you understand why the culture of innovation plays the most important role in determining the fate of your company.
