He is author of a business book on Customer Centricity. Koert works with SAP Asia in the role of Vice President Industry Value Engineering.

Previous to SAP Koert worked with SingTel and Accenture. He is recognized for his thought leadership in the areas of customer experience, sales excellence, project management and global operating models.
