Human Connections

Value is still eluding many digital transformation efforts. In fact, while 96% of executives said they’ve a digital transformation strategy, only 10% said they’re seeing results*.

We held open conversations with 12 transformation leaders of the leading organizations that are producing results—spanning industries and geographies. We spoke about their lessons learned and the pivots in their journeys. Their stories reveal the common missing links in digital transformation—the human element. Combining the findings with CGI’s design principles for an agile organization, we start to paint a picture of practical tactics for building and operating a successful agile organization.

In this session, we will share the insights and how using human-centered organization design, collaboration and visualization tools, can help accelerate value creation in a digital world.

As a Director in CGI’s Global Emerging Technologies Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, Anne focuses on creating thought leadership content, value propositions and sales enablement around digital transformation and emerging technologies. She also delivers trainings and workshops using design thinking methodology. She’s interested in and avidly learning about organization design. In her nine years with CGI, Anne has worked in various marketing functions, including managing industry marketing for CGI’s government practice. Anne holds a master’s degree in business and management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
