After some years launching Startups (Finance, Baby memories and Telemedicine), Ferran translated his experience and ways of working into the corporate environment.

Nowadays he works at Philip Morris International HQ in Switzerland, as Fast Forward (FFWD) Lead, a proprietary Lean Enterprise transformation program. FFWD is an ecosystem to make Philip Morris shift its way of working and culture from brand-centric to consumer-centric, embedding design thinking, rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions into their employees’ DNA.
