The Interplay Organization: Capability Building and Behaviour Change

Interplay is truly about building an evolving organization, where each employee and each team needs to become smarter.

In this workshop, we will be exploring the interplay between capability building insights and behavior change insights. Together we will discover:

  • What is the required change in your culture?
  • What are the unknowns and hypotheses that you will test?
  • And how would you make a plan to test that out?
  • What different approaches or toolkits will you implement to assess and maximize existing talent for innovation and team effectiveness, and an organization’s place within a competitive industry?

We huddle in small groups to debrief what you learned and discovered from this conference to gather your insights.

This an opportunity to learn from your peers and get the outside perspective.

This will help to answer how to connect synapses between network and teams across organizations and bridging the knowledge gap between departments, customers, and stakeholders.
