Building Ventures With Impact in Times of High Uncertainty

In the current times of high uncertainty across industries, it is even more important to have an impact with corporate venturing initiatives.

Steffen will talk about why the corporate purpose is essential to navigate through uncertainty and to stay on course for the SDGs. By a venture-client approach, corporates can leverage startup solutions at scale for achieving impact on business competitiveness and the global challenges.

Steffen will give an examples how venturing opportunities where sharpened in collaboration with start-ups through dedicated programs and in cooperation with other corporates. A venturing model is providing the framework to grow business partnerships over time, with venture building at its core to scale-up business opportunities with growth potential.

An ambidextrous organisation with the right interfaces to the core business in place becomes vital for building and scaling (digital) ventures with impact.
