Digital Business Model Shift: From Analogue to Digital

We humans are physical, tactical creatures. The physicality of objects makes them more tangible to us. Even the haptics in our digital devices remind us of this every single day. Now almost everything can be done digitally, anytime, everywhere. The shift to digital is nuanced. In some cases, we may still require physical goods that get an injection of digital making them more connected in some way. In other cases, business model may shift to fully leverage exponential technology. At its core, the digital shift is about figuring out how how to use digital technologies to drive value creation as well as deliver that value to customers.

Given our current context the digital shift has accelerated. What can we learn from companies who have made the shift like Salesforce, NY times, Warby Parker, Fortnite? Patrick will take you through the digital patterns, case studies and will wrap this up with an approach on how to shift to digital business models.
