Running Business Experiments: The Why, What, & How

When it comes to innovation and top line revenue growth, having an ample amount of ideas is not the problem. Knowing which ideas to prioritize and how to bring them to market is the biggest challenge innovators face.

In today’s fast-paced world, how do you validate ideas quickly, cheaply, and above all, wisely?

In this workshop, Innovation Director Eric Sillies will discuss our Proto-selling methodology outlining the importance, methods, and best practices innovation teams use to deliver low-cost, agile, and “in the wild” learnings before investing in costly development and full launch.
