Better Collaboration Between Innovation Teams And Their Organization

Innovation Teams are critical to organizations’ futures.. but unfortunately, the rest of the organization doesn’t always act like it. To succeed, both sides must find ways to effectively collaborate.

Drawing from real case studies, we’ll discuss topics like how to prevent and address “Not Invented Here” syndrome, and how to hand off a new project so it scales within the organization. Participants will also work through an exercise to improve the working relationship between Innovation Teams and the rest of the organization.
