Meet the Faculty

Gina Colarelli O’Connor, Professor of Innovation Management

Our corporate innovation training is taught by renowned researcher, educator, and consultant Gina Colarelli O’Connor. An expert in the fields of breakthrough innovation in large mature companies, technological innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship, she spent 29 years at the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before joining Babson in 2019.
