Intrapreneurship Growing Up at Fraunhofer: From Research to Europe’s Largest Tech Transfer Program

Back in 2013, Fraunhofer – a European R&D giant – started an unusual research project on intrapreneurship with the aim to empower 20.000+ researchers to think and act like entrepreneurs. After an abundance of experimental activities, more failures than successes, Thorsten will share the journey that started with mediocre ideation workshops, useless digital platforms, overrated innovations methods and ultimately ended with the transition of an intrapreneurship accelerator into, as of today, Europe’s largest and probably most entrepreneurial technology transfer program.
