Asking The Right Questions To Solve The Right Problems

In a world where everything can be made, innovation it’s not only a matter of how but what should be made. Ask the right questions to solve the right problems. Comprehension of people’s needs, technology constrains and organization culture are essential. To generate value and drive performance, as leaders, we should be able to well-define problems and create a culture committed to fail. Ellen will share her learnings from her experience of leading innovation at one of the biggest banks in the world.
