Designing and Implementing Innovation Ecosystems at Scale

Large companies don’t suffer from a lack of ideas, they struggle knowing how to consistently translates those ideas into growth. They lack the understanding of where to place their bets, how to incrementally invest in ideas based on real data and evidence and to only scale ideas with sufficient evidence of product-market fit.

Only 6% of executives are happy with their company’s innovation performance and yet 78% of investments are still going towards protecting their status quo. All of this is signaling that a substantial change is needed: from a clear strategy and a balanced portfolio to lean lifecycle management and governance, all supported by a culture of entrepreneurship at scale.

In this masterclass, Sonja will be sharing her experience designing and implementing innovation ecosystems at scale, with a focus on the Lean Product Lifecycle and Governance. You will leave the class with a clear roadmap of how to embark on this journey inside your organizations and a copy of her book, Lean Product Lifecycle, a playbook for making products people want.
