Finding The Right Innovation Mix For Your Organization

Several years ago, we set out to build our innovation muscle at MD Financial Management. Fast forward to today, we’ll share what worked, what didn’t work, what made the biggest difference and how our innovation journey has evolved. We touch on how we used elements of crowd-sourcing, design thinking, lean start-up and an arms-length incubator to discover the innovation recipe that propelled our organization forward. In 2017, MD Financial won an award for Best Workplace Culture (Canadian HR Awards) in part due to how engaged our workforce has become throughout our cultural journey.

Join us for an interactive discussion where we will share everything we’ve learned while pursuing our intrapreneurship mission – the good, the not so good, and the unexpected surprises that make it all worthwhile.
