HR Innovation Enabling Business Growth: Connecting Human Capital with Business Value Creation

Transforming a company, especially a large multi-national in a traditional industry, requires taking the people with you. No such thing as a ground-breaking product innovation, nor a business model transformation has ever happened without having the right people on board, living an authentic company culture and promoting a mindset allowing for constantly thriving towards being the best in the industry. Business value creation will be so much easier and so much more efficient, when starting with the people who need to deliver the results: the Human Capital.

By constantly challenging the status quo of any people-related process and at the same time ensuring that innovation is engrained in the HR strategy, DB Schenker has found a way to enable business growth through HR innovation.
