Innovation Skills Bootcamp: Going Back to the Basics

Oftentimes we go so deep into the specifics of innovation that we forget that underlying every agile and creative organization is a core set of fundamental skills. This 90 minute interactive session will introduce participants to three core innovation skills—Questioning, Connecting, and Experimenting—which are drawn from the innovation methodologies of design thinking, creativity research and lean startup, respectively. The workshop will combine teaching with hands-on / interactive exercises designed to stimulate the audience and give them a strong foundation for reinforcing the tools and mindsets of innovation within their own organizations.
