Innovation & Transformation End to End

Heidi Hattendorf is a successful Innovation and Transformation senior leader who has specialized in leading cross-functional, agile teams to work across the organization to solve complex digital problems and deliver results.  She will share several of the Transformations from an Innovation platform and Incubator to a model for simplifying the product offer structure.  Her examples will highlight the need and benefit of a true end to end solution for Digital Transformation.  These changes permeate from Go to Market to back office functions in order to deliver the best customer experience and gain the most on data analytics.

Director, Transformation Office at Motorola Solutions

Heidi Hattendorf is the Director of the Transformation Office at Motorola Solutions.  She leads large scale, cross-functional initiatives with C-Suite sponsorship on Digital Transformation as part of the company’s wider transformation to a Software & Services company.  Heidi is currently leading a multi-year journey for Procurement Transformation around People, Process, and Technology to move the operation from a back office corporate function to a more customer focused trusted advisor to the business.  Heidi is also completing company-wide digital transformation which simplified product/service offer structures to deliver a better customer experience and improve business intelligence for analytics and is now adopted into the business; the program had CEO and Executive Committee sponsorship.

Heidi is a recognized thought leader in Innovation having led an Innovation Development team to create a company wide Idea Management platform and Incubator.  She was named by Diversity MBA in the Top 100 leaders and in Top 40 Women in Innovation by Front End of Innovation.  She was featured in the Chicago Tribune’s Blue Sky Innovation. She also led several Product Management teams and product lines across different technologies.  Heidi lived and worked in Spain and the UK for over a decade to develop solutions in Cellular and mission critical public safety.  She has an MBA and holds two patents. She is a leader of the Women’s Business Council at Motorola and on the board for the non-profit Future Founders at 1871 in Chicago for who provide mentorship and guidance for startups.
