LATAM Strategy Leader at Honeywell Technology Solutions

Raul leads the strategy for Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) in Latin America, turning new ideas into value-added solutions, recognizing innovation capability as a critical enabler for success, building innovation capability, developing new skills & challenging the original thinking. He drives the implementation of the Innovation process with the interaction with Honeywell marketing, sales and engineering experts, identifying LATAM needs and fostering the development of local connected solutions that will add value to regional customers.

Raul enables collaboration with local Universities, Technology partners and startups: for talent attraction, joint research and shared infrastructure purposes.

His professional experience before joining Honeywell includes diverse leading positions in Marketing, Product management and Engineering areas of Industrial Automation companies such as Emerson, ABB and Mafrinsa, supporting automations solutions that increased energy efficiency and customer’s productivity in Latin America.

Raul holds a Bachelor degree in Electronic by Autonomous University of Puebla, a Master degree in Innovation for Business Development by Tecnologico de Monterrey University, a postgraduate in Commercial Strategy by ITAM and another one in Growth Acceleration by IPADE.
