Beyond Big Ideas: Why Innovation Methodologies Matter

“Innovation is more than generating the next big idea-it involves how you implement the ideas…and how you build the culture to sustain the creation of those ideas.” – Robert F. Brands

This presentation will highlight several examples of different innovation methodologies put into practice: from early stage pilots to large, enterprise-wide endeavors. Insights on the common challenges, potential pitfalls and recommendations of best practices will be shared in an interactive forum.
