Building a Culture of Innovation

SAP is one of the largest enterprise tech companies in the world. With operations that span 200+ countries and 450,000+ customers, SAP’s software powers the global economy. With the increasing digitization of business, it is imperative for the organisation to not only keep pace but to ensure its customers are equipped for what’s coming next. Innovation, therefore, is always a priority across the company. From dedicated intrapreneurship programs, to building a comprehensive framework for ‘outside-in’ innovation, this talk will highlight how SAP is building a culture that encourages innovation.
