Amdocs Shapers: Bringing Disruptive Ideas to Life

Amdocs Disruptive Leadership Shaper’s program is the story of 18 self-nominated employees from around the globe who were tasked with conceiving a disruptive idea that will generate millions of dollars in revenue for Amdocs over the next few years.

During a nine-month journey inspired by Singularity University, program participants collaborated extensively with senior management, investors, world-class experts and mentors, who constantly challenged them to open their minds and disrupt. It was a journey which included a desert expedition, yoga at 05:00 AM, followed by a roller-coaster of ideation, experimentation, diversion and frustration – ultimately leading to five amazing ideas.

Two years later Talya reveals the outcome of this program. What happened to the ideas, to the shapers, and are we planning to launch Shapers 2.0?
