Crossing the Chasm of Intrapreneurship - Breaking the Barriers and Scaling-up a Programme using the right KPIs

Both Sabrina and Guillaume are convinced that intrapreneurship programmes can be boosted by applying innovation methodologies to their design.

Both have experienced how intrapreneurship programmes’ expansion relies on identifying and using the adequate KPIs.

In a dynamic and collaborative workshop they will help intrapreneurship programme managers:

– Get familiar with intrapreneurship programmes growth cycles
– Identify their adequate KPIs to launch and scale-up their programme, one step after the other.

Sabrina Murphy is the Founder & CEO of In’Possible, a consulting agency helping corporates design and scale intrapreneurship programmes. She is also an active contributor to the French Ministry of Economics to encourage and stimulate intrapreneurship in organizations. She passes on her experience as guest lecturer for EMLyon Executive MBA on Corporate Entrepreneurship.


Guillaume Desveaux is the Founder of InnOpen, a consulting agency helping corporates structure methodologies to foster employee-driven innovation. Previously Sales Director at Cisco, he founded the TechforGood Accelerator « #SwitchUpChallenge » and successful open-innovation programmes. As a seasoned IT guy he leads a group at HUB France IA and runs a startup of Ecole Polytechnique accelerator.
