How We Shortened The Implementation of Our Innovation Program From 3 Years to 9 Months

When ŠKODA AUTO tried to bring the new ideation platform to life, they used a combination of methods inspired from start-up world. Roman Šiser will explain how they avoided pitfalls of oversize projects, shortened cross-departmental alignment and accelerated deployment of the new innovation program. He will also provide insights on how to drive innovation culture and how to get good ideas from employees.

Roman started his career in marketing of Johnson & Johnson Czech&Slovak republic and continued at The Coca-Cola Company, where he managed EU-wide marketing and innovation projects. He is trained and experienced innovation ignitor black-belt. He also has experience with startups, where he helped with the setup of the Liftago application, but also from the state administration, where he led the pilot of the innovation think tank at the Technology Agency.

He is also a founding member of the Czech Innovation club, which helps to promote the innovation tradition and connects Czech innovators. Roman works as Innovation Manager in ŠKODA AUTO, helping to transform the company, driving innovation culture and supporting key projects in sales and marketing.
