Innovate in What You Do – Fostering Employee Innovation at a 150-Year-Old Company

How to drive sustainable culture change in a large corporate? How to enable employees to create leading solutions in health and nutrition?

Over the past three years, Bayer’s innovation journey created a lot of momentum. Moving past the initial hype cycle, or sometimes lifespan of an initiative, requires about as much energy as starting it… but it’s definitely paying off in the end. This case study will highlight experiments, best practices and other lessons learned along the way. Intrapreneurs, foster your resilience!
