Innovation Leadership: Lack or Luck?

We live in incredible times – there will be more change in the next 10 years than in the last 250 years. The rapid speed of disruptive innovation and new technologies is now considered the top risk, and top opportunity, for companies across the globe. Leaders and boards are increasingly aware, and the top leadership engagement is considered crucial to facilitate innovation and unlock the potential.

How can Innovation Leaders, reporting to the Top Leadership Team or the Board, ensure:

  • that the appropriate picture is understood by the top team and board
  • that innovation initiatives are prioritized
  • the top team engages and contributes to the innovation initiatives and the corporate renewal agenda

Based on research and leadership experience, Liselotte and Mats will share new insights as to how leaders and boards get engaged and contribute to innovation and corporate renewal.
