Integrating Design Sprints: How To Get The Buy In

After running hundreds of Design Sprints and training thousands of people across the world, AJ&Smart have a good handle on the most common challenges that companies face when attempting to introduce a new process.

Some of the questions AJ&Smart get asked about most are:

  • When is it appropriate to run a Design Sprint and when is it not worth your time?
  • How do you actually convince someone of the benefits of a process that demands significant resources and time commitment from key stakeholders?
  • How can you build Design Sprint evangelists within your organisation?

In this 1.5 hour workshop, you’ll learn a hands-on exercise that AJ&Smart uses to get the buy in from key stakeholders. You’ll also explore ways to breakdown a challenge into manageable chunks and methods to help build Design Sprint evangelists within your organisation.
