Professionalize Your Innovation Hub (Or: How to Kickstart a Minimal Viable Ecosystem)

There we are… We have set up an innovation lab, with FTE and high expectations, but how do we actually make it work within your organization? We know we need innovation accounting and an innovation thesis, but where do you start? What works and what doesn’t work in this process of building a successful ecosystem for innovation?

Having seen many innovation labs from the inside, in this session Esther will share best practices and common mistakes but will also ask you to share yours so that we can learn from each other.
