The OSRAM Digital Launchpad

OSRAM has set up an innovation / intrapreneurship program called Digital Launchpad.

The OSRAM Digital Launchpad is a strictly structured, partly remote 6-month program that enables employees to take ownership of their rough ideas, creating user-validated prototypes and validating business model strategy. The management team of the respective subsidy supports the intrapreneurs with business knowledge and resources to work.

This program helps OSRAM to create results in digitization, and you’ll hear the ins and outs about it in this talk.
