Global R&D Director at Unilever

Ian, with his rich 19 year’s experience at Unilever is currently responsible for Skin Care R&D in Processing for Digital & Dove Men’s Care. His role spans across all of Unilever’s global skin care brands – delivering manufacturing designs & processes to factories all over the world.
Last year he got an additional responsibility for developing New Innovations for our Dove Men+ Care brand. This role cuts across all R&D functions – from formula design to consumer understanding to packaging and relies on close working with cross-functional teams – from internal marketing to consumer insights team on one hand, to developing external partnerships on the other hand.
