As part of the Corporate Innovation team, she has built up the global Innovation Network, the Catalyst Intrapreneurship program and is now running an internal co-working space & incubator in Berlin. With a strong background in R&D, strategy consulting and experience in transitioning from startup work style into a corporation, she is now driving experimentation beyond scientific labs and enabling the organization to “innovate in what you do”.
