The Right People and Motivations for Making Corporate Innovation Work

Even in a corporation with large pools of talent and resources, the recipe towards finding and developing the right people and teams to see intrapreneurial results remains a big challenge.

In this talk, Anna will share the type of people she has seen move corporate innovation forward and which motivational factors are critical. She will share insights of the correlation of entrepreneurial motivations to venture success and how this plays out in the intrapreneurial context.

She will also discuss different corporate innovation models and how talent would ideally be distributed.
