Post-it to Prototype in 90 Minutes

This event is an interactive workshop that condenses Market Gravity’s tried and tested innovation process, going from post-it note to prototype in 90 minutes.

Market Gravity facilitators will provide creative stimulus and help participants to work as teams to design a new digital proposition, learning by doing rather than listening.

In the first part, teams identify their key customer needs, create a customer persona, generate ideas and prioritise their favourite. The next 30 minutes focus on building out the proposition features and benefits, and customer experience as well as the business model. The final part see teams turn these customer journeys into initial hand-sketched prototypes before presenting their work back to the group.

Robin Scarborough

Partner at Market Gravity

Robin is a Partner at Deloitte Digital, based in Sydney and leads the Market Gravity team, which specialises in proposition and venture design. Robin has worked with clients internationally to develop and launch new products, services and ventures across sectors including financial services & insurance, energy, automotive and technology. Robin was previously a Partner at Market Gravity, which was acquired by Deloitte Digital in 2017. Prior to consulting Robin worked for Aviva, where he helped to grow new digital ventures adjacent to the core motor insurance business.
