Spinouts As A Model For Corporate Innovation

Active corporate innovation programs will generate a range of new opportunities. As these evolve and grow they may not fit the strategic intent of the corporate or will do better outside the constraints of a large organisation. The aim of the session is to explore how to create spin-out companies, overcoming the many challenges of extracting these and managing the ongoing relationship with the corporate. Currently working on three spin-outs and having successfully completed seven, the discussion will be based on practical experience.
