Will Technology Make Us More Human?

Organizations must stop talking about how humans and machines get the best out of each other and start designing for this change.

As AI and machine learning roll into the workplace, what impact will that have on us, our jobs, our brand experience, and how will we ensure the decisioning humans excel at will be upheld. This talk will explore questions such as: Will technology make us more human? What happens when algorithms become the gatekeep between consumers and brands? Is there such a thing as ethical AI?
