When Innovation Works

Large enterprises are challenged with legacy systems, complex/stringent processes & are known to be slow to adopt new technology. This is especially true for the financial industry where they are also facing increased competition from financial technology firms, weakening demand for some of their products and awaiting the emergence of Open Banking.

Innovation plays a crucial role in changing the DNA for financial institutions, where they can not only solve industry problems but also make meaningful impact on the daily lives of clients. Learn from CIBC’s lessons in driving innovation in a large organization and how they landed on the winning formula.
