About the session

For our open innovation efforts to be successful, it's crucal for them to be aligned to corporate strategy and with internal stakeholders. How does that work in practice?

In this conversation, we will explore together where open innovation fits into an organization and how this impacts the effectiveness (stand alone unit, or part of R&D, or business).

Marie-Jose, Adriana and Tim will address the importance of aligning expectations, also on timeframes and how this affects the approach you take, and share their lessons learned.
