About the session
In this session Alain will:
- Suggest how to embed an innovation culture
- Showcase the Innovation landscape across Roche including examples
- Introduce the OneRoche Innovation Management Community of Practice including resources and toolkits provided by this community
- Share how to successfully implement an Innovation accelerator and how to embed the culture by launching the Roche innovation Journey playbook
About the speaker
Alain is an experienced innovation leader with global international experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Leading innovation efforts at Roche focusing on future healthcare technologies and establishing partnerships with healthtech partners. Managing innovation programs, healthcare incubator programs and innovation management programs across Roche.
He has extensive Innovation Management experience (setting up the first Digital innovation lab, innovation programs, open innovation efforts, crowdsourcing, knowledge management, innovation culture). In addition he is leading an innovation network at Roche to support the business to innovate and manage innovation programs to support digital transformation at Roche.
