Led the digital transformation of Technology at Bacardi, adopting a fail-fast and faster time-to-value culture while being cost-effective. Stablished from scratch a Digital Hub with +60 people with qualified partners across the globe, Delivered +15 digital products to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.

Jesus has a "can-do" and "from talking to walking" mindset. Worked in leadership positions at Celsa and Agbar, having joined Bacardi in 2013 as PMO leader, then as Digital Factory leader, and later as Digital CTO for the group. Recently moved to Corporate Strategy to lead the Global Disruptive Innovation program and Growth Strategy Realization.
