With a BSc in Computer Engineering and an MBA, Pinar has showcased her expertise through diverse technical and business positions, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit in both Turkey and Helsinki.

She has also lent her skills to various projects across different regions. Pinar's dedication extends beyond her professional pursuits, as she has actively engaged in NGO work, as a volunteer and serving on several boards. For the last seven years, Pinar has made significant contributions to Arçelik Global, assuming key roles such as IoT Program Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, Data & AI Manager, and presently serving as the Executive Director of Innovation.
