Being an intrapreneurial is essential for changing an ecosystem, enhancing our performance, and expanding growth and business at the pace of societal, economic, and technological changes. Nonetheless, in a large organization, intrapreneurial sponsorship can be limited in scope, fragmented, and not always clearly linked to business strategy and objectives.

Alice will show how to transform an intrapreneurial movement into a new normal, by bridging the gaps between our intrapreneurial learning, solution, adoption, and operation.

Dr. Alice de Casanove is in management of Airbus North America's corporate strategy and the Airbus intrapreneurship culture. She played a crucial role in the publishing of the ISO reference on good practices in innovation management between 2013 and 2022 while serving as the ISO chair of the international standardization committee on innovation management (ISO 56000 series). Alice started her career with the entrepreneurial adventure of Actimagine (acquired by Nintendo) to develop video technologies for video gaming. She joined Astrium Services to create new space based services with in orbit satellites and moved to Airbus Defence and Space to structure the innovation culture. Alice holds a MSc in Computer and Data Science from Telecom Paristech and holds a Phd.
