About the speaker

Ozum has built a strong sense of curiosity on human mind and behavior throughout her academic research years in experimental psychology, and later mixed her curiosity with her passion for innovation to help FMCGs launch high impact innovations that are rooted on strong human truths.

She now leads the Raise the Bar Innovation Program at Nespresso HQ to define a consumer centric and viable innovation pipeline for core and new business together with a cross functional team.
