About the session
By doing open innovation right you and your company will discover something valuable. And there are proven approaches to get to Proof-Of-Concept / Minimum Viable Product. So far, so good.
But here’s the challenge. Only 1 out of 8 out-of-the-box tech makes it beyond POC. Studies show that neither corporates nor their external partners see their expectations about open innovation fulfilled. So, how can you scale the results of your open innovation activities?
If you do not solve this problem, open innovation is just a costly hobby. Fortunately, there is a Best Practice framework available that addresses the challenge. Developed in collaboration with leading companies and business schools, this framework is known as Lean Scaleup.
During my presentation, I will delve into why so many companies struggle in Scaling-Up and introduce you to the Lean Scaleup framework. I will also show you how you can apply this framework to overcome the obstacles and increase your chances of success.
About the speaker
