About the speaker
Shruti works at Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 company whose products you come across everyday. Her current role sits at the intersection of innovation and sustainability driving long term disruption. She launched the company's pilot accelerator program, AD Stretch, in 2021 and loves experimenting with open innovation.
Before Avery Dennison, she spent nearly a decade at McKinsey&Company in 20 countries doing everything from portfolio design for sovereign wealth funds to working literally at the coalface.
In her personal life, she loves being rightbrained and is always on the lookout for a new hobby.
