About
Dennis Böcker is an independent innovation management consultant and advisor who helps both large corporations and mid-sized companies strategically introduce, embed, and scale innovation. With over 12 years of experience leading international, hybrid teams across the Americas, India, and Europe — including a tenure as Regional CIO for Robert Bosch in North and Latin America — he brings rare depth in both the systemic architecture of innovation and its real-world organisational implementation. His work spans the full innovation management spectrum: from strategy and portfolio management to process design, culture change, and ecosystem building, including the founding of the global Connectory Co-Innovation Ecosystem.
Dennis’s approach is firmly grounded in the ISO 56000 family of standards. As a certified Innovation Manager (ISO 56002) and certified Lead Auditor for Innovation Management Systems (ISO 56001), he works at the intersection of internationally recognised frameworks and practical organisational reality. His structured four-step engagement model moves from a free maturity assessment through a focused action-planning workshop, into hands-on implementation with KPIs and a PDCA cycle, and concludes with a follow-up assessment to track progress and surface the next development priorities.
Beyond advisory work, Dennis serves as a startup mentor and a certified INQA Coach for SMEs (German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs). His clients range from global organisations such as Robert Bosch and CLAAS to innovative mid-sized companies seeking a structured path to sustainable innovation capability.
