Usually the success factors of the past cannot be easily translated into the future but negating everything is also no solution. Florian Bankoley shared his experiences from building the first digital corporate venture to leading a global IT team within the transformation of Robert Bosch.

About the speaker
Since April 2020, Florian Bankoley has been Executive Vice President Business Interface in the Service Area Global Information Systems and Services of Robert Bosch GmbH. In this role, he is responsible for the business units Development of Applications, Accountable Consulting and User Experience.
Florian Bankoley spent the first half of his childhood in Lomé/TOGO. He started his studies in economics at the University of Bayreuth/Germany before completing his Master’s degree in European Management at the ESCP business school after stations in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. Florian is married and has two children.
