Francesca Gino
as recording during on 10 June 2021 as part of Innov8rs Connect Unconference.
When we start new roles or jobs, our curiosity is generally high. But it diminishes just a few months into the role or job. This is costly as curiosity is critical for thriving at work and losing it affects everything from our productivity to our happiness. The good news is that we can recapture that inquisitive instinct.
In this session, Francesca Gino explained why curiosity is so important and what you can do to foster it, in yourself and in others.
