About the speaker
Louise Kyhl Triolo joined VMware in August 2020 as the Vice President of the Global People Development. Louise is a seasoned leader in people development and culture innovation with an in-depth expertise in leadership development, future of learning, intrapreneurship, change management… and driving and leading global transformation initiatives. She has a highly international background and multicultural experience from global world leading companies such as Airbus and L’Oreal.
In her current role, Louise and her team enables all talent to lead VMware into the future through high and low-touch development initiatives, consultancy and programs. She is currently building out a Global Leadership Hub to support all leaders at all levels with essential transformative leadership skills for a digital world. Her team is also building out a development consultancy to support VMware’s transition to SaaS and Multicloud and an integrated culture and talent system to better accompany VMware’s talent across the company.
Louise sits on the advisory board of ECLF, the Executive Corporate Leadership Forum and the Global Intrapreneurship Institute. She believes that helping people and leaders grow is the key in any innovation and transformation initiative.
