At the unConference, there are no stages, no speakers, no slides— just open, focused collaboration.
You’ll spend a full day working with a curated group of innovation professionals from other organizations to solve one real challenge. You’ll come with a challenge, and leave with clarity, relevant input, and a concrete solution you can act on immediately.
No boring keynotes. No fluff. No endless small talk.
You bring a problem— and you’ll be back at your desk the next day with a plan.
By the end of the unConference, you’ll leave with:
- At least one viable solution to test back at work, developed and refined with peer input
- Fresh perspectives from other innovation leaders tackling similar issues

How it works.
Before the day
You’ll share the challenge you want to work on— something real, current and pressing. We’ll help you shape it into a tight brief you can present in 10–15 minutes.
During the day
You’ll present your challenge. Your peers will ask sharp questions, offer feedback, and share how they’ve handled similar situations. Then together, you’ll co-design possible solutions, test the thinking, and refine what works.
After the day
You’ll run an experiment applying one or more of the ideas you developed — and share back what worked. The value isn’t just in the day; it’s in the results that follow. Sound like a day that would move your project forward?
