So much of innovation training focuses on tools, on process, but our research shows that the real enablers of success with innovation are not tactical skills, they’re human skills – influencing decision makers and stakeholders (external & internal), enabling collaboration, networking and building relationships. The key to success is engineering high value discussions by creating an environment for sharing ideas and co-creating actions, and that is exactly what we are going to create and facilitate in this workshop.
